The soul of the property lies in its 1500 m² enclosed garden, a veritable sanctuary of greenery dotted with olive, pine and oak trees. In the centre is the beautiful swimming pool heated in summer (13 x 4 m - secured), promising coolness and relaxation under the blue Provencal sky. Shaded terraces invite you to contemplate or dine al fresco, with breathtaking views over the Alpilles. For entertainment, the pétanque strip, table tennis, table football and barbecue add to the outdoor experience.

Its peaceful location, at the foot of a 50,000-hectare protected park and just 800 metres from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence's lively town centre, means you can take full advantage of the region's attractions.
Note: this villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM). The swimming pool is on a lower level than the villa, which is only accessible by stairs.
